Join the Ms.Naturally Inclined challenge to live healthier, for yourself and the planet!
It's very simple:
If you know that you're going to be buying lunch this month, try to take along a plastic reusable container. Ask the provider to use your container instead of a Styrofoam one. They save money and you help yourself and the environment! Try to take along your own utensils as well or reuse the ones you receive.
One great tip when doing this challenge is to leave your container and utensils in your office or desk at work. If your office doesn't have, you can also take along a little dish-washing liquid in a pep bottle.
